SimpleInvoicer is a complete electronic invoicing/ordering solution for business.
Features: SimpleInvoicer helps create and exchange electronic documents such as Invoices, Orders, Bill of Landing etc. It works with the company`s other product OASIS UBL 2.x standard (uses SimpleUBL library) SimpleInvoicer handles electronic business documents in any ERP, Accounting or CRM system. The CRM environment could be anyone of Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Infor, SAGE, Quickbooks, etc. You will be able to import/export your business documents in a document in either UBL or PDF standard with electronic signature. Business parties will be able to import the UBL 2.x document, print PDF or do both very simply and easily. The UBL 2.x standard is fully supported. this includes the OIO UBL, NES UBL and other UBL subsets. It is easy to integrate with any existing ERP package. This application simply extends your capability to work with these electronic business documents.
The SimpleInvoicer generates documents in PDF and in UN recommended layouts. European Union tax calculations are integrated and complies to 2001/115/EC – the directive on VAT and electronic invoicing; 2000/31/EC – the directive on electronic commerce; 1999/93/EC – the directive on electronic signatures etc. the documents are signed electronically and can be transferred easily through one of several means. These include email, ftp, web service, etc. the package is able to reduce the work of having to enter invoices manually and avoiding consequent errors. Potentially systematic application of invoice control, for example by transferring the invoices to your invoice acceptance system or by automatically accepting certain invoices according to business rules are possible as is shortened payment cycles. That will directly contribute to cash flows.
Overall: It is a nice and handy utility for invoicing and payment control through electronic documents.
